Forms

Below you will find all the forms used for various service situations in Hämeenlinna region public transport. All forms are accessible and printable.

A student who does not receive a Kela-subsidized ticket for school journeys may apply for a student discount on a season ticket if they meet the criterial for being granted a discount.

The student discount on a season ticket is obtained by showing a valid student card at the service point. Another option is filling out an application for a student discount. You can print out the application here: Print Student Travel card application, pdf

Fill out the application and get a signature and stamp from your school. When you’ve done this, visit Hämeenlinna City Service Pointi in Kastelli Service Point to have your student status added to your Waltti card. You will then get a student discount on the pass on Waltti card.

It is also possible to get a student discount through the Waltti mobile app when you have identified yourself through the study path as a student.

The application for a KELA school journey subsidy and directions for filing it can be found on KELA’s web pages.

You can load onto your Waltti card the Kela-subsidized 30-day pass or the products valid for half-month 14 journeys / 30 days.

You should first apply for the school journey subsidy in OmaKela or, alternatively, by sending the printed form to Kela. When you have received an affirmative decision from Kela, the subsidised ticket can be loaded onto your Waltti card. You can do this either at the Waltti online store using your banking credentials or, alternatively, by going to Hämeenlinna City Service Point in Kastelli Service Point.
