Customer service
Hämeenlinna City Service Point will provide advice and guidance on any questions regarding bus service. It is located at Kastelli Service Point, Wetterhoffinkatu 2, Hämeenlinna. The service point is open Mon-Fri 9 am – 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm. Check exceptional service times here. Feel free to drop by!

Self-service
If you want to, you can load value on your Waltti card at the Waltti online store at waltti.fi
You can load value on the card directly using the car number (on the back) or by registering and log in into your own online account.
Schedules can be found on the web pages of public transport and at reittiopas.hameenlinna.fi/en.
Enter your place of departure and the address of your destination and the system will show you all the route and schedule options. If you’d like to, you can see a PDF version of the schedule (printable) under Schedules and Routes.
Another option is using a mobile app. A mobile ticket can be bought using the free Waltti mobile app that you can download from the app stores Google Play or Apple i Store. Please note that the Waltti mobile app and the Waltti online store are two different systems. At the Waltti store you can buy products and load them on your card. The mobile app makes it possible to buy mobile tickets. With the mobile app you get a ticket on your phone with a QR code.
